Barathrum - Review

BARATHRUM - Saatana (Spinefarm)
A little bit better in terms of mixing is this one. It´s still no match for "Infernal" let alone "Hailstorm" but I like it
anyways. Brother Demonos brings up some almost rock´n´rolly stuff like the title track and also the most depressive song he
ever wrote... So it´s a wide spectrum but everything sounds like BARATHRUM and nothing else. My favourite here is "The Force
of Evil" which has greatly evolved from that noise orgy of the "Sanctissime Colere Sathanas" demo. Although I do miss some
of the effects it had back then... Oh well, you can´t have everything. Overall it´s a great CD one should know though
"Infernal" remains their masterpiece in my opinion. Check this out !!!
